Our Group Exercise Program: Among the many things that make Kathy’s Health Club of San Ramon and Pleasanton, a premier women’s fitness club, is our diverse, contemporary, and innovative Group Exercise program. We offer nearly 40 classes per week at each club to guarantee that all members will find something to challenge their body, stay motivated, and achieve results. We want everyone to get caught up in the energetic and supportive atmosphere created by our certified, professional instructors.
Group Exercise is one of our most popular activities. Our Group Exercise programs are led by professionally trained and certified instructors. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to provide to you cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility and a whole lot of fun. Our classes are designed for participants of all fitness levels. We pride ourselves on having the finest women's group exercise program available. We strive to provide a fun, safe, welcoming and non-competitive environment for all to enjoy. Between the motivating music, camaraderie of participants, dynamic workouts styles, and incredible results, you’ll get hooked on exercise at Kathy’s Health Club!
