Personal Training

Nationally Certified Trainers

ACE, AAFA, NASM

Our skilled and nationally certified personal trainers help encourage and motivate you to look forward to your workouts, educate you on the proper form and most effective way to use our huge diversity of fitness equipment.  They will help you quickly achieve your personal fitness goals in a safe, yet rewarding manner.

Why I should use a personal trainer?

A personal trainer will help you reach your goals by designing safe and effective workout programs especially for you. A personal trainer is a source of motivation and encouragement, and a professional resource for the latest information on health and fitness. A personal trainer can help you fit exercise into your schedule and teach you how to make the most of your time.  Our experience tells us that members who elect to use a professional trainer will experience a safe, productive and well balanced exercise program and as a result will achieve their results more quickly than going it alone. All of the trainers at Kathy’s Healthclub are nationally certified by either AAFA, NASM or ACE, the leaders in personal training.  Although each of our trainers has their own specialty and style, they are all professional in their approach and really take pride in helping women achieve their personal fitness goals.

Specific Need Training

Although many of our members use a personal trainer for general fitness improvement, they also encounter members with specific needs.  Examples of specific need training are: marathon training, soccer training, curing wobbly legs on the ski slopes, golf strength training, post pregnancy fitness, or possible weight loss due to an upcoming wedding or cruise.  Whatever it may be, specific need training addresses a specific need and goal and your program is designed specifically to address that need.  The member meets with a trainer who designs the program to reach to specific goal and is based on the members schedule and the minimum training needed for success.
