Weight Loss Program
Kathy’s Weight Loss Program is a combination of group exercise, circuit training workouts and nutritional education classes designed to show members positive results in 30 days. Kathy’s Weight Loss Program concentrates on fitness and nutrition.

Weight Loss Program classes take place in a group setting, so members can share their support and encouragement with one another.
Weight Loss Program is an excellent way to learn about the benefits of cardiovascular and resistance training; plus exactly how food and calorie intake adjustments can lead to permanent weight loss. Our diet is from the U.S. Department of Health. Kathy’s Weight Loss Program can help you lose a dress size or up to 10 pounds in 30 days.
