Group Class Testimonial

I moved to Pleasanton last year and transferred my existing gym membership: however, I found that the new gym no longer worked for me.  They were open limited hours during the week and even less on weekends.  In addition, I found using just a circuit, was no longer enough to meet my challenging needs.  Then I found Kathy’s Health Club.  The hours meet my busy schedule and I am enjoying the many classes and variety of equipment that are offered.  My doctor encouraged me to use the stationary bicycle to help with my knee problems.  I use it about 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes and now my knees feel great.  The last visit to the doctor I told her that I was taking Pilates Classes and she couldn’t say enough about how wonderful that was for my body.  So at 58, I’m not in the best shape of shape, but with the help of Kathy’s Health Club, I am working on improving my health and feeling better.  I only have one body so I better take good care of it.  Thanks Kathy’s Health Club!!!
