I have always enjoyed exercise as part of my lifestyle.  Most of the time I’ve done individual activities such as walking and jogging.

Kathy’s Health Club has added significantly to my possibilities.  I love Robin’s Pilates class and because I have some back injuries, I have been using the elliptical, bike and treadmill.  Because lifting weights is now recommended for us “aging” folks, I also use the weight machines.  The people at Kathy’s Health Club are a large part of why I enjoy coming.  Maureen is always welcoming, and anytime I’ve needed help on how to use a machine, people are always willing and knowledgeable. I know include Kathy’s Health Club as an important part of my lifestyle and look forward to continuing great classes and necessary workouts.
